  1. How do I make a purchase?

    Shopping at shaymartian is easy! If you want to view all of our products in one place, visit THE STUFF. If you would prefer to view the individual collections of each designer, hover your mouse over SHOP BY DESIGNER, and a new menu will appear to the right of it, providing you with a clickable list of designer available at shaymartian. You can also shop according to the style, top, or bottom design that you prefer. Once you have found an item, choose your size, select the quantity that you want, and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. You may view your cart by clicking 'CART' at the top right corner of the page, or you may continue shopping. When you are ready to checkout, go to your cart, and you will find any items that you added, ready for the check out process. Once you have confirmed the items in your cart, we will guide you through the details that you need to provide us with in order to complete your order.

  3. How do I find the right size?

    You can shop at shaymartian without creating an account. However, if you register with us and you'll be able to track your orders and review past purchases, request a an exchange directly from your account, and save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time!

  6. I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

    To re-set your password, please click on 'my account', and follow the forgotten password instructions, or simply click 'forgot your password?' from here, and follow the instructions. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email, so we will ask you to reset your password. 

  7. What payment methods does shaymartian accept, and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We accept visa, MasterCard, American express, and discover cards. If you are located within the united Arab emirates, you can also choose to pay cash on delivery. you will have the option to choose your payment method upon checkout. Please note, payment is only debited from your card at the time that you confirm your purchase on the website. All transactions on this website are processed using stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment, allowing us to process your payments. stripe respects and protects your privacy, data and personal information.   11. Does shaymartian ship to multiple addresses?

    We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

  12. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed? 

    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. You may also combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on +971 50 881 6302 for assistance.

  13. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

  14. How do I return or exchange an item?

    Making an exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address, for a small additional fee. View more information about returns & exchanges.
